By purchasing from us, you confirm that:

3. Orders and Payment

- The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or fraudulent activity.

- Full payment must be received before order processing and dispatch.

4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Shipping Policy

- Delivery times vary based on product availability and customer location. Estimated delivery time will be communicated at the time of purchase.
- The Company is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.
4.2 Inspection & Acceptance
- Customers must inspect all equipment upon delivery.
- Any issues or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
- If no claim is made within this period, the equipment is considered accepted.
4.3 Risk of Loss
- The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the equipment is handed over to the shipping carrier.
5. Returns, Refunds, & Warranty
5.1 Returns Policy
- Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items received.
- Customers must request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
5.2 Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
- Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
5.3 Warranty Coverage
- All equipment is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty (duration varies per product).
- The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper maintenance.
- Customers are responsible for transportation costs associated with warranty claims.

7. Limitation of Liability
- The Company shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
- Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in dispute.
