  • "Customer" refers to any person or entity purchasing or inquiring about our products.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By purchasing from us, you confirm that:

  1. You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
  2. You are purchasing equipment for legitimate construction purposes and not for unlawful use.
  3. You agree to provide accurate and complete information for your orders.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Confirmation

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or fraudulent activity.

3.2 Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in dollars ($) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Full payment must be received before order processing and dispatch.
  • We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

3.3 Taxes & Duties

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable local taxes, import duties, or clearance fees, depending on their location.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping Policy

  • We offer worldwide delivery for all construction equipment.
  • Delivery times vary based on product availability and customer location. Estimated delivery time will be communicated at the time of purchase.
  • The Company is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.

4.2 Inspection & Acceptance

  • Customers must inspect all equipment upon delivery.
  • Any issues or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
  • If no claim is made within this period, the equipment is considered accepted.

4.3 Risk of Loss

  • The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the equipment is handed over to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds, & Warranty

5.1 Returns Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items received.
  • Customers must request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

5.2 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.

5.3 Warranty Coverage

  • All equipment is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty (duration varies per product).
  • The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper maintenance.
  • Customers are responsible for transportation costs associated with warranty claims.

6. Use of Equipment

  • The Customer is responsible for the proper installation, use, and maintenance of purchased equipment.
  • The Company is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from improper use of the equipment.
  • Customers should ensure compliance with local laws and safety regulations when operating machinery.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
  • Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in dispute.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including images, text, and logos, is protected by copyright laws and cannot be copied or used without permission.
  • Customers may not resell, distribute, or modify any part of our intellectual property without authorization.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect and store customer information to process orders and improve services.
